Job Title: Farm Worker

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Worker to join our team at Golden Gate Mayfield Limited. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop care and harvesting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides to crops as needed
  • Clean and maintain farm equipment and tools
  • Clear fields of debris and obstacles
  • Grade and pack produce for market
  • Mix and apply fertilizers and pesticides
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Weed and prune crops as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of crop care and harvesting techniques
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
