Key Responsibilities- Receive, prepare, and deliver prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs
- Counsel patients and provide documentation as required
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately and timely
- Review and control costs within the dispensary
- Provide ongoing training to new and existing pharmacy colleagues
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and registration in good standing with the ACP
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills
- Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies
- Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Healthwatch Pharmacy Computer system
