The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in fostering a collaborative atmosphere that values inclusivity and strong interpersonal relationships. To drive the store's success, you will guide and motivate the team to meet sales and profitability objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in hiring, performance evaluation, training, and professional development. Your capacity to navigate diverse situations, environments, challenges, tasks, and schedules is crucial for your effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the store achieves corporate objectives and adheres to essential performance metrics.
  • Oversee store operations by efficiently managing tasks related to company policies, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Assist in recruiting, managing, developing, and training enthusiastic candidates for sales, customer service, and fashion roles.
  • Execute marketing initiatives while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting environment that encourages customer engagement.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • One to two years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve excellent sales performance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is advantageous.
  • Proficient in multitasking within a dynamic setting while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
