Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales workers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships with sales workers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Organized: Maintain accurate records and ensure that inventory levels are accurately counted and stored.
- Team Player: Collaborate with sales workers and other team members to achieve sales targets and improve store operations.
