Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including supervising sales floor staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate a team of sales floor staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that sales floor staff are assigned to tasks that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments and Manage Cash: Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that inventory is accurately counted, stored, and rotated to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Resolve Issues and Provide Excellent Customer Service: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive store image.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store image.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing store conditions and priorities.
- Organized: Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure a clean and safe store environment.
- Team Player: Collaborate with staff and management to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store image.
