POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Conduct batch production activities
  • Execute filling, operating, and packaging tasks for the Arestin Production Unit in accordance with established protocols
  • Adhere to specified production steps as outlined in production records
  • Accurately complete production documentation
  • Monitor quality throughout the production process and alert supervisors to any deviations
  • Perform product inspections as required
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed in the event of deviations
  • Guarantee the availability of required equipment for task execution
  • Maintain workstations and equipment in compliance with GMP and HSE standards
  • Engage in teamwork and contribute to the development of innovative work methods
  • Stay updated on technical qualifications and current methods and procedures
  • Carry out any other related tasks as assigned by management

Equipment and Materials Management

  • Verify the proper functioning and compliance of equipment, materials, and facilities
  • Ensure the correct usage of equipment
  • Report any issues to the team leader or manager
  • Adhere to production standards (TRS, Productivity, Yields)
  • Follow provided instructions
  • May involve assembly of certain equipment
  • Clean equipment and work areas
  • May verify, complete, and submit batch records and packaging documentation
  • Take necessary precautions to protect individuals, property, and products in case of anomalies
  • Document entries in production management systems

Compliance with GMP and HSE Standards

  • Operate in accordance with current GMP and HSE standards, policies, and procedures
  • Implement daily HSE directives, procedures, and instructions
  • Report any quality or HSE incidents to management
  • Communicate issues and suggest improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent, DEP or DEC preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field as an attendant or operator
  • Technical knowledge of processes and products
  • Familiarity with production tools
