Job Summary

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, Arestin Unit, to perform filling and packaging operations at the Arestin Production Unit from precise instructions in accordance with good manufacturing practices, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Production of batches
  • Perform filling, operation, and packaging work at the Arestin Unit in accordance with established procedures
  • Ensure that production steps are followed as specified in the production sheet
  • Complete documentation diligently during production
  • Monitor quality during production and inform the supervisor of any deviations from the process
  • Perform product inspections when necessary
  • Ensure that necessary documentation is completed in case of deviations
  • Ensure the availability of necessary equipment for task execution
  • Ensure that the workstation and equipment are maintained according to BPF and HSE quality standards
  • Participate in team work and contribute to the development of new work methods
  • Ensure the maintenance of technical qualifications and knowledge of current methods and procedures.
  • Perform any other related tasks as requested by the supervisor

Equipment and Materials

  • Ensure the verification of the proper functioning and conformity of equipment, materials, and facilities
  • Ensure the proper use of equipment
  • Inform the team leader and/or supervisor of any problems encountered
  • Respect production standards (TRS, Productivity, Yield)
  • Ensure compliance with instructions
  • May perform the assembly of certain equipment
  • Perform equipment and facility cleaning
  • May verify, complete, and transmit batch records and packaging documents
  • Take necessary measures to preserve the integrity of people, goods, and products in case of anomalies
  • Enter data into production management systems

BPF and HSE

  • Perform work in accordance with current BPF and HSE standards, policies, and procedures
  • Apply HSE directives, procedures, and instructions on a daily basis
  • Ensure that any quality/HSE events are reported to the supervisor
  • Communicate problems and propose improvements

Qualifications:

  • Secondary V or equivalent, DEP or DEC
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry or related field as a production associate or operator
  • Technical knowledge of processes/products
  • Knowledge of production tools
