About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Support Analyst to join our team at CMG Marketing. As a key member of our data operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate monthly reports and maintain data quality in MS Access and SQL Server
  • Develop and modify processes, routines, and macros to improve data management and analysis
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve data-related issues and enhance processes
  • Support the development of marketing automation processes and record maintenance
  • Perform other duties as required, including ad hoc reports and process improvements
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel and MS Access skills
  • Experience with SQL Server, MS CRM, and.Net
  • One year of hands-on experience in a data support or programming role
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of computer programming principles
