Industrial Site Supervisor

At Paladin Security, we're committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring the safety of our clients and their assets. As an Industrial Site Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Conduct regular site patrols to identify potential security risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
- Monitor and report on security incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reports and statistics.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory security experience or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Ability to lead, plan, organize, delegate, and problem-solve.
- Effective communication, both in writing and verbally, including delivering presentations to groups.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- High functionality in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism in all situations.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the TrackTik patrol software and Perspective reporting system.
- Hold a valid OFA 3 certification or be willing to obtain one.
- Hold a valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.
