Job Overview

As a Lead Product Strategist specializing in Generative AI within the Technology Division, you will oversee a variety of internal solutions aimed at enhancing content creation for game development teams. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Generative AI, data governance, DevOps, and data analytics.

You will take ownership of your product(s), managing the entire product lifecycle and promoting them within the Content Creation Technology Group (CCTG) portfolio.

Joining a collaborative team of product managers, you will share responsibilities and best practices across the CCTG portfolio. Close collaboration with development teams, as well as design and research specialists, will be essential to maximize the impact of the initiatives you implement.

You will be accountable for defining the long-term vision and roadmap of your products.
By actively engaging with the user community, you will bridge the gap between actual user needs and product capabilities. Immerse yourself in an environment where your contributions directly shape the future of how AI enhances workplace efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for Generative AI and Machine Learning initiatives within the Content Creation team.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs (production, management);
  • Develop a clear product vision to establish a long-term roadmap in collaboration with a cross-functional team;
  • Set development priorities and coordinate with IT project managers;
  • Evaluate the impact of your products to optimize ROI;
  • Generate and disseminate analytical data to ensure effective communication.
  • Define acceptable quality standards for product delivery;
  • Maintain awareness of technological advancements relevant to your products;
  • Build relationships with key internal and external AI technology partners to consistently assess and manage new product opportunities.
  • Facilitate programs that promote the adoption and utilization of your products.

Communication and Positioning

  • Conduct strategic positioning studies (product usage, etc.) to stay informed about trends in Generative AI for game development.
  • Analyze community needs (with assistance from colleagues managing developer relations) and establish priorities.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies;
  • Act as a subject matter expert on competition within the Generative AI sector.
Qualifications

Education:

  • University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Business training or experience is advantageous.

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in product management or software product development.

Skills:

  • Customer-focused
  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, capable of formulating proposals and making informed decisions on assigned topics
  • Critical thinking regarding products and ability to suggest enhancements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge:

  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Familiarity with product management software (Aha or similar) is a plus
