Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Edmonton Cannabis & Edibles. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate ordering and receiving of merchandise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
