Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at RED CHILLI RESTAURANT INC. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.

As a Food Counter Attendant at RED CHILLI RESTAURANT INC, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
