Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Chester's Chicken. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Package take-out food and prepare it for customers.
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer specifications.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer expectations.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and abundant selection.
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
