About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at GTS DUNCAN VENTURES INC. as a Kitchen Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing dishes.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and train a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
