Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our customers' needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week is the standard work schedule for this role.
