Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Indian Masala Bar & Grill. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality control standards are maintained.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and walking.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
