Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team at A&W. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing menu items to A&W recipes, ensuring the kitchen and food preparation areas meet restaurant cleaning requirements, and working with a team of cooks to prep work for other shifts. You will also be responsible for monitoring product freshness, rotating stock, and following all food safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare menu items to A&W recipes, ensuring high-quality and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen, food preparation areas, and food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning requirements.
  • Teamwork: Work with a team of cooks to prep work for other shifts, ensuring seamless service.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor product freshness, rotate stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Food Safety: Follow all food safety standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Requirements
