  • Act as a Financial Advisor: Provide strategic advice to clients on cash flow management, financial performance, and forecasting.
    • Coordinate Reporting Activities: Oversee accounting and investment reporting activities for clients.
    • Build Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    • Financial Modeling Expertise: Prepare financial models and reports to support client decision-making.
    • Technology Management: Manage client document management and technology platforms.
    • Project Leadership: Oversee client engagements and project management initiatives.
    • Business Development Support: Contribute to business development efforts within the Family Office practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CPA - CGA is an asset.
  • 7+ years of client-facing experience in financial analysis, accounting, or wealth strategy.
  • Prior experience in a Family Office or professional services organization is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with financial tools and technology platforms.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to delivering high-quality client service are key attributes.
