ScotiaMcLeod is renowned for its commitment to integrity and excellence in client service, and as a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Develop and disseminate client communications and marketing materials.
- Streamline administrative processes to ensure efficiency and thorough tracking of tasks.
- Assess client investment goals and risk tolerance in relation to the Portfolio Manager's investment strategies.
- Foster strong working relationships across the team and with various departments within Scotiabank.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance asset growth and revenue.
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of investment products and services to uncover new opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
Qualifications
We seek candidates who possess:
- Experience in the financial services sector.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct Practices Handbook (CPH), and Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course.
- Registration as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Outstanding client service capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
