Customer Service Representative, Aftermarket Parts Specialist

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a pivotal role. As a key member of our aftermarket parts team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
- Invoice Resolution: Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to transactions and orders.
- Targets and KPIs: Exceed performance expectations in output quality and customer satisfaction, driving business growth and excellence.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Bombardier's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, showcasing our commitment to customer-centric excellence.
- Education: A college degree in business administration, hospitality, or a relevant technical field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Strong computer skills and familiarity with current technology, including Bombardier's software tools (SAP, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
- Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken), with functional French required.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
