About the Role

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a pivotal role. As a key member of our aftermarket parts team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
  • Invoice Resolution: Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to transactions and orders.
  • Targets and KPIs: Exceed performance expectations in output quality and customer satisfaction, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Bombardier's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, showcasing our commitment to customer-centric excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: A college degree in business administration, hospitality, or a relevant technical field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Strong computer skills and familiarity with current technology, including Bombardier's software tools (SAP, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken), with functional French required.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver impactful experiences consistently, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
