About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Expert to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will contribute to the development and improvement of compensation policies, programs, and solutions through research, market and trend analysis, industry best practices, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Work as a strategic partner with Human Resources and Business/Functional leaders, providing advice and consultation on compensation related matters in supporting recruitment activities.
- Provide compensation data validation and process documentation support.
- Participate in HCM implementation project as required.
Strong technical expertise in North American compensation and executive compensation practices and global compensation experience preferred. Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Success Factors and Workday compensation modules. Excellent customer service, communications, and problem-solving skills.
What We OfferOffice based working environment, work from our Calgary office three or more days per week. Contract will be six months to one year.
