About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Room Assignment: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, including managing room assignments and ensuring timely check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, assist guests with special needs, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers for wake-up calls, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  • Emergency Procedures: Ensure adherence to emergency and safety procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Multi-Line Switchboard Knowledge: Possess knowledge of multi-line switchboard systems and be able to operate them efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, ensuring excellent guest service and maintaining a high level of energy.
