About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team at Fotile. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, annual sales targets, and store number targets.
  • Market Analysis: Identify and evaluate product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Project Execution: Participate in the planning and execution of various promotion and sales projects, including product presentations, launch activities, and trade shows.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and present FOTILE products and related accessories to potential clients.
  • Market Feedback: Identify and document issues that arise during the sales process and provide market feedback to management on competitive activities.
  • Collaboration: Assist contractors, strategic partners, and collaborators to advance, promote, or market FOTILE products and our brand in designated territories.
  • Customer Experience: Dedicate to creating the best possible experience for customers and contractors.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other sales-related tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College or bachelor's degree preferred with 2-7 years of direct sales experience and a proven record of achievement.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience with CRM software and social media marketing a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent and proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English required. French is a strong asset.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license (G Class) and a good driving record.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Strong work ethic and team player with a desire to go above and beyond in a fast-growing business.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks while adhering to deadlines.
  • Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility and close-loop consciousness.
