Business Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Lucent Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Prepare and assemble data for reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of organization and attention to detail
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a diverse team. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
