Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Ram Plastics Inc. as a key member of our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Control
    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
    • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
    • Identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Inventory Management and Control
    • Develop and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
    • Monitor and analyze inventory data to inform production planning and decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant tools.
