The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead a team of product owners responsible for prioritizing and developing the most valuable enhancements to Fundserv's products. This individual will identify business needs, gather requirements, manage product releases, and represent the voice of the member within agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Product Owners, including performance management, employee development, recruitment, and operational management
  • Serve as a thought leader to identify improvements and define best practices and methodologies for Product Owner processes and activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
  • Own the product backlog for a portfolio of products and services, including leading working group meetings and developing scope
  • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to meet business deliverable commitments
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end life-cycle of a product or portfolio of products/services in the financial services, investment fund, or fintech industry
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and operational requirements
  • Ability to work effectively within the agile development methodology
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to develop other product owners
  • Effective communication and rapport-building skills with various internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed environment
