Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Stockperson/Cartpusher to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect and return shopping carts to designated storage areas, ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer requests and assisting with carry-outs and carry-ins.
  3. Perform occasional cleaning and maintenance tasks, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
  4. Contribute to a safe and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and procedures.
  5. Wear personal protective equipment, including steel toe footwear and reflective vests, to ensure visibility and safety during cart collection.
  6. Complete safety sweeps as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move carts safely.
  • Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
