We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Maritime Steamship Assistants Inc. Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile orders and instructions received from customers, develop specific plans to prioritize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Supply Chain Management: Plan and organize operational logistics, track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Inventory Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries, and coordinate traffic flow of supplies.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, and keep track of shipments.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
