About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Wearealldgirls inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs.
    • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments.
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Inventory Management
    • Assist in receiving and processing inventory shipments.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of retail sales experience.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
