About the Role

Foneshop Communications Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on merchandise and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Promotion: Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to drive revenue growth.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
  • Transaction Processing: Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

Foneshop Communications Inc. offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will work 35 to 40 hours per week in a permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package.
