Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mills Memorial Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide and coordinate nursing care to assigned patients consistent with current standards of nursing practice and the clinical specialty of Medical Surgical, maternity & pediatric nursing.
- Practice as a member of the Acute Care Unit nursing team.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of patients and the team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Medical and surgical nursing experience required with pediatric, neonatal, maternity nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to operate related equipment.
- Ability to organize work.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
