Rally Engineering is seeking a skilled Electrical Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Electrical Department, you will be responsible for providing engineering design services through the utilization of technical knowledge and tools. Your primary duties will include translating client specifications and project requirements into drawings, sketches, lists of materials, and other types of design drawings. You will also be responsible for naming and filing documents per client and company standards and procedures. Additionally, you will incorporate results of preliminary and multi-discipline reviews into design, ensuring designs are accurate, functional, safe, and complete prior to submission for checking. You will identify potential change notices or project variances to your discipline lead and engage in personal and continuing programs of learning to broaden your engineering knowledge. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-10 years of experience in electrical design and drafting, with a technical diploma or certificate from a recognized technology program. You will have expertise in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation drafting software, 3D design/drafting software, and MS Office.
