Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role is required.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management and customer service principles.
