Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 sales staff, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, including merchandise and supplies.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire and train new staff members, and arrange for training and development opportunities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
As a Sales Supervisor at Circle K, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. You must be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
