Position Overview

The Food Service Operations Manager at CITY SOUTH PIZZA is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our dining establishment. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Management: Determine the types of services to be provided and implement effective operational procedures.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members and enhance productivity.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure the availability of supplies.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and arrangements with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Event Management: Plan and manage events to enhance customer experience.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Team Leadership

This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is necessary.
