Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2164541 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit accurate reports, maintaining detailed records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Work Environment and Requirements- Fast-Paced Environment
Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.
Work Term and HoursPermanent position, working 35 hours per week.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency required.
