At Alberta Inc., we are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and managing contracts. Additionally, they will oversee payroll administration, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and recruit and hire staff. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 32 to 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage contracts
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Recruit and hire staff
