Data Science Director

We're seeking a seasoned Data Science Director to lead our Security Solutions Data Science team in creating cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models for our flagship product. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying production-ready models that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data scientists in delivering high-quality fraud models that run in real-time to screen transaction networks.
- Collaborate with business owners to understand business requirements and performance metrics for customer-facing products.
- Design and implement data pipelines for model building and performance evaluation.
- Develop and maintain modern machine learning and AI models for specific products.
- Evaluate production models based on business metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Extensive data science experience and significant leadership roles.
- Demonstrated full lifecycle model development, deployment, and evaluation for complex problems.
- Experience with SQL, PySpark, Hadoop, Databricks, and Linux/Bash environment.
- Good communication skills and a high degree of initiative.
- At least an undergraduate degree in CS or a related STEM field.
