MIS Implementation Specialist – US

CERM is a leading provider of software solutions for the industry, seeking a skilled professional to implement the CERM system, provide customer support, and software consultancy to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the CERM system at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide expert customer support and software consultancy, addressing technical issues and offering solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and consultancy to customers, empowering them to maximize the CERM system's potential.
  • Lead implementation projects to successful conclusions, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with product management, helpdesk, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Have experience of at least one ERP package, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
  • Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
