- Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, working effectively with colleagues and management.
- Reliability: Show reliability and a commitment to meeting deadlines and responsibilities.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a team player attitude, working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.

- Newcomer Support: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.

- Youth Support: Offer on-the-job training tailored to the needs of youth, helping them to develop new skills and gain work experience.
- Indigenous Support: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, promoting reconciliation and inclusion.
Work Details: Permanent position, 35 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
