Our Customer Identity and Access Management team is an integral part of the broader Identity and Access Management group, tasked with designing, implementing, and standardizing processes and technologies across our organization, providing direct support to applications serving our clients.

Our team is composed of highly motivated and talented engineering specialists dedicated to achieving our objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the technical expert on the CIAM Platform.
  2. Lead CIAM Platform initiatives across various projects, including Authentication Patterns, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On, Federation, API Authentication, User Lifecycle Management, and Authorization.
  3. Participate in the delivery of CIAM solutions, including design, engineering, deployment, and support.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to enable new CIAM features and ensure compliance with organizational standards and requirements.
  5. Provide Level 4 support for the CIAM Platform, addressing incidents and service requests.
  6. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues, leveraging internal and vendor support as necessary.
  7. Manage production and non-production environments, ensuring timely updates and security measures.
  8. Develop and maintain integrations between the CIAM Platform and other security and information systems.
  9. Create and maintain relevant documentation, including technical designs, engineering runbooks, and implementation plans.
  10. Utilize change management practices to coordinate implementations across environments.
  11. Research and validate new service capabilities and technologies, conducting proof of concepts as needed.
  12. Identify efficiency opportunities and contribute to the automation of CIAM solutions.
  13. Work within the defined DevOps framework.
  14. Support various teams in refreshing the CIAM Services roadmap and strategy.
  15. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with 2-3 years in Secure Coding and Software Development using languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  2. Strong knowledge of foundational IAM concepts, including authentication protocols like SSO, Federation, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and MFA.
  3. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with CIAM products.
  4. Experience implementing leading CIAM solutions such as Forgerock, Ping, Okta, or Auth0.
  5. Proficient in SAML & OAuth/OIDC and REST APIs, with a solid understanding of security protocols.
  6. Experience integrating CIAM solutions with security tools like SIEM and network security tools.
  7. Familiarity with best practices and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, Ansible, and Terraform.
  8. Basic understanding of cybersecurity frameworks like ISO27001 or NIST is preferred.
  9. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is required.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  11. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  12. Customer Identity Cloud Certification is a plus.
