About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) efforts. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure IAM solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IAM strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Design and architect cloud-based identity governance and access management solutions
  • Implement RBAC/ABAC based IAM workflows for onboarding and ongoing identity lifecycle management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM principles are integrated into broader security architecture
  • Establish well-defined KPIs, KCIs, and KRIs to measure IAM control effectiveness
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by designing IAM solutions that meet standards for SOX, GxP, etc.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in IAM and security. You will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM and related domains, and a deep understanding of security principles. You will also have expertise in one or more programming languages, as well as experience with leading Enterprise Identity Administration & Governance solutions.
