We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OKTA/ IAM Engineer to join our team at Lorven Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our identity and access management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure identity and access management solutions using OKTA and other related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain advanced technical proficiency in OKTA and other related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of identity and access management systems.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to internal stakeholders on identity and access management best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a strong focus on OKTA.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in OKTA and other related technologies.
  • Experience with SSO technologies and products utilizing SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM open standards.
  • Good understanding of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and its applications.
  • Solid understanding of security theory and practice.
  • Ability to work on multiple requests simultaneously and balance conflicting demands.
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with other teams of various skill levels.
