Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries to record financial transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in bookkeeping software.
This is a permanent position with a regular 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
