Position Overview

As an Office Administrator at Crew Chief Conversions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your expertise will contribute to the overall efficiency of our office environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks while ensuring adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage administrative operations and support the daily activities of the organization.
  • Implement policies and procedures regarding the management of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy regulations.
  • Assist in the formulation of the operational budget and maintain effective inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Address and resolve conflicts that may arise within the office environment.
  • Monitor and assess administrative processes for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and manage budget allocations and expenditures effectively.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
