Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Testing Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that aligns with industry best practices and project requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and standards.
  • Automated Testing
    • Design and implement automated test suites for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
    • Utilize appropriate tools and technologies to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Test Methodologies
    • Define and implement test methodologies, processes, and procedures to enhance the testing lifecycle.
    • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and maintainability of test automation code.
  • Quality Metrics
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality metrics.
    • Track key performance indicators related to testing activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation and quality assurance.
  • Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
