Job Description:

Our client, a leading Public Sector organization, is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation, performance, and API/integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand requirements to develop test strategies and plans, including test estimates.
- Create test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Automation scripting and testing, including UI automation, performance, and API testing.
- Develop an automation framework for complex projects with heavy use of screens and API, using Selenium, Katalon Studio, and Playwright.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with 5+ years of experience in UI automation.
- Significant experience in developing automation test strategies, test plans, and roadmaps for test automation.
- Experience with test automation and performance tools, such as Katalon Studio, Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, and LoadRunner.
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps or a similar tool to maintain tasks, manage backlogs, and maintain test case repositories.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification, or a commitment to undertake training and obtain certification within 2 months from commencement of work.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math).
