About the Role

As a Seasonal Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of painters and ensuring the successful completion of projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results. This is a full-time role that requires a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and a high school diploma. Previous experience with hands-on work is preferred, but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of painters to complete projects on time and to a high standard of quality
  • Ensure daily cleanliness of sites and projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the business owner
  • Manage projects and show initiative in day-to-day responsibilities
