Lead a Team of Skilled Laborers

We are seeking a Seasonal Crew Lead to join our team at JK Home Services in London. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a crew of painters and skilled laborers to complete home service projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a crew of technicians and skilled laborers to complete various home service projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate project plans and expectations to crew members and ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards.
  • Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and ensure quality work.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company safety procedures.
  • Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to address any concerns or questions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Being coachable and open to constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license.

Benefits:
