About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced painting professional to join our team as a Seasonal Crew Chief. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of painters and ensuring the successful completion of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of painters to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure daily cleanliness of the work site and maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hands-on work, preferably in the painting industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
